The Association of Factories of Mexicali, celebrated together with its members and friends, the successful culmination of another year in the “Annual Dinner 2016”, an event that is already a tradition in the sector.
The president of Index Mexicali, Mr. Salvador Maese Barraza, accompanied by his Board of Directors, said during the dinner that it was a pleasure and an honor to represent the more than 160 members of this great maquiladora and manufacturing sector of Mexicali.
More than 350 people attended the event, including executives from partner companies who were able to attend and friends of the sector, who spent a pleasant evening in the company of their partner, enjoying an exquisite dinner and drinks of their choice with an evening enlivened by The Only International Sonora Santanera, artists who offered a very good dancing atmosphere.
At the event, the president presented his annual report highlighting that the export industry is a great engine that constitutes labor spaces and social welfare which throughout half a century of commitment and economic development has guaranteed more opportunities for the future of Mexico.
“During these first 11 months I have taken on the task of traveling, listening, learning, but above all communicating and managing the benefits of this great industry that promotes the economy of Mexicali, Baja California, but we certainly continue to have great Opportunities and challenges to continue building Mexicali, the best border in the north of the country, “said Maese Barraza in his annual report.
Salvador Maese concluded his message with a toast to thank all for having given him the confidence to allow him to represent the membership of Index Mexicali and invited the members to continue participating with great enthusiasm and above all to join forces to build this sector as the best economic model in the country.
