At a press conference held in the Mexicali City Hall, details of the event “4 Days Gastro Tour Frontera 2021” was announced, which will take place from June 24 to 27, virtually and in person, with the participation of the Municipal Sub Council of Young Entrepreneurs and FOMYDE.
The head of the Coordination of Economic Development and Promotion of the Municipal Government (FOMYDE), Ricardo Garcia, invited the event “4 Days Gastro Tour Frontera 2021”, which aims to promote the participation of Micro, Small and Medium-sized companies through Research presentations, policy debates, professional workshops and testimonials from entrepreneurs from around the world in a virtual and face-to-face way, for four days.
This event will take place over four days in collaboration with organizations from the public and private sectors and non-profit organizations.
All the scheduled events of the “4 Days Gastro Tour Frontera 2021” will be taught by digital platform except for the following three, which will be face-to-face:
– Thursday, June 24 at 5:00 p.m. – Sensory Analysis Workshop (Wine Tasting) with a cost of recovery of $700 pesos in person and $400 pesos virtual and a maximum capacity of 20 people, place Xocolatte project.
– Thursday, June 24 at 8:00 p.m. – PYMES & BEER Event – Brew Tasting and Maridaje Frontera Mexicali with a recovery cost of $550 and a maximum capacity of 150 people, Chicali Brewers place
– Friday, June 25 at 6:00 p.m. – Talk: Guidelines and Regulation for Micro and Small Craft Brewery with no recovery cost and a maximum capacity of 30 people.
– Sunday, June 27 at noon – Talk: Gastronomy and its Relationship with Health and Nutrition were modified to digital format.
