This was reported by the General Director of the service operator, Javier Orduño Valdez, who mentioned that the Income Law for the State of Baja California, indicates a discount percentage according to the month in which the advance payment is made for consumptions, being the most convenient in January since it is 12%.
He also indicated that in February there will be an 8.5% discount and in March, 5%, for which the head of the CESPM made an invitation to each user who has the goal to stay current with their utilities this year, so that they consider the annual advance payment, since it is more economical and convenient to reduce the number of laps each month and ensures the continuity of service in their homes.
Orduño Valdez concluded by mentioning that all accounts that make their advance payment before March 31, 2019, have the right to participate in the raffle, which has permission of the Secretary of Government in process, and all is to thank those who contribute in a responsible way with their payment, because through the contribution of all is how we can continue operating the water and sewerage systems of Mexicali.
