The County Executive Officer, Tony Rouhotas, Jr., has announced that the County of Imperial has hired Mayra Widmann as a new Deputy CEO. Mrs. Widmann will work under the direction of the CEO assisting with the management of the County Budget & Fiscal Department.
“Mrs. Widmann brings a wealth of knowledge managing high-level budgets in the banking industry. I look forward to working closely with her as she continues the fine budgetary work being done by the department,” states Mr. Rouhotas.
Prior to joining the County, Mrs. Widmann served as the Vice-President of Finance and Support Services for Sun Community Federal Credit Union. During her thirteen-year tenure with Sun Community, Mrs. Widmann worked on projects related to budget management, internal and external audits, Core System Conversion and General Ledger software implementation. Mrs. Widmann began her career working for the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department – Accounting and Finance Division.

Mrs. Widmann earned her bachelor’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Cal State University, San Bernardino in 2003. She and her husband, Delbert, reside in El Centro with their three children.
