This coming Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19, at 10 a.m., more than 20 companies will be offering close to 3,000 vacancies in the facilities of Plaza Sendero, as part as the second edition of the Fair of Employment organized in this 2023 by the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) Mexicali, assured Francisco Fuentes Aréstegui.
The President of CANACINTRA Mexicali listed the different vacancies that will be offered, which include management positions, sales advisors, administrative assistants, cashiers, drivers, accountants, coordinators, nurses, production operators, practitioners in accounting areas, and security guards, among many others.
There are about 3,000 vacancies that will be offered on Friday, August 18, and Saturday, August 19, at Plaza Sendero, he assured.
Some of the companies you will find offering vacancies are Caliente Casino, Bachoco, Skyworks, Megaplast, Fevisa, Cemenquin, Cargo, Eximin Customs Services, Modular Assembly Technology, Courtyard by Marriot, SurtMed, Rheem, Maseca, Farmacias Roma, Estructuras y Perfiles, Cornell Dubilier, Garret, Sepsa, Tri Source de México, the portal www.empleocanacintra.com, among others.
Until 5 in the afternoon on Friday and until 4 in the afternoon on Saturday and according to the average attendance that the fairs have registered in their last editions, approximately 400 attendees are expected who will be able to tour the facilities of the square requesting information on the different vacancies, commented Fuentes Aréstegui.
“This Fair is part of the different efforts and actions that we carry out every year to reduce a little the current problems regarding the rotation and retention of personnel from local companies,” he assured.
In parallel, he recalled that during the year various efforts are made focused on improving
administrative and human resources areas of companies, he exemplified by carrying out
human resources congresses, specialized training, as well as advice and service for
Recruit staff through our job portal.
“This coming Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19, committed companies will be present, looking for dedicated personnel to form part of their work teams, the appointment is from 10 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon in Plaza Sendero. The invitation is open for any company that requires personnel to contact the Chamber and set aside a space to participate and recruit the best human talent”, he concluded.
