To improve processing times for the issuance of rebate checks, IID is implementing changes to its Energy Rewards program.
Effective October 1, 2022, all rebate applications must be submitted through the IID Connect portal available online. The portal can be accessed at https://myaccount.iid.com/portal/ or the IID Connect App.
As a reminder, to avoid delays, applications must include the following: 1) A complete and signed application, proof of payment (paid-in-full invoice or receipt) and a matching AHRI certificate (for HVAC rebates only).
