SAN DIEGO, CA.- The closure of southbound I-5 and I-805 (south of SR-905) begins at 3 AM on Saturday and ends at 12 PM on Monday. If you cannot avoid driving into Mexico during the closure, allow extra time to get to Mexico, as all southbound traffic will be directed to the Otay Mesa Port of Entry.
Northbound traffic, as well as pedestrian traffic northbound and southbound, will be unaffected.
