One of the Imperial Valley’s signature events took place with very successful results.
The annual Cattle Call Rodeo took place in Brawley, California bringing the Imperial Valley together to enjoy fun attractions and activities. This year, the Cattle Call had one of its most successful editions in history as they drew thousands of residents to Brawley for the Rodeo, Mariachi night, and the Clay Walker Concert.
Mariachi night has been one of most successful new attractions at Cattle Call. The mariachi event that took place during the Cattle Call week drew more than ten thousand people to enjoy mariachi music and folkloric dancing.
Residents from the Imperial Valley who wanted to sing with the mariachi group were able to go on stage and show their musical talent.
The highlight of the week was the annual Cattle Call parade. There was a special tribute to our veterans since it happened on Veteran’s Day. There were two days of Rodeo fun and the highlight of the week was the free concert given by country music singer, Clay Walker.
The Brawley Cattle Call continues strong sixty years after its inaugural event.
