SAT announces its virtual assistance service OrientaSAT

-Editorial

The Tax Administration Service informs about its new attention service called OrientaSAT, a chatbot that works through artificial intelligence that acts as a virtual assistant and is the first service filter for taxpayers who require tax guidance. This new service is provided free of charge, immediately, and will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In its first stage, OrientaSAT is trained to assist taxpayers in filling out their 2020 Annual Declaration for individuals.

To do this, users must enter the mini-site or portal of the Annual Declaration of individuals 2020; they can do it from their computer, tablet, or mobile device and follow the following steps:

  1. Provide your RFC key or name; in case you need to receive the conversation that will be generated with the assistant, you must provide your email, read and accept the Terms and Conditions of use.
  2. Formulate the question regarding the completion of the Annual Declaration for individuals 2020.
  3. In the end, answer a brief survey on the use of OrientaSAT and improve our service.

If the taxpayer requires more information, he or she may request the assistance of one or a specialized care agent from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

OrientaSAT joins the means of contact that we have such as Chat one-to-one, MarcaSAT, and our social networks for the attention of taxpayers.

The SAT continues to work on the implementation of new services to improve the attention of taxpayers and reiterates its commitment to attend them and attend them in a timely and safe manner to carry out the different procedures and services they require to comply with their obligations in time and form through your Remote Taxpayer Attention Center (CAREC).
