Now in its 13th edition, this race follows the premise of women-only drivers, bringing together their driving skills to support patients in their fight against breast cancer.
The President of the Foundation, Lic. Ana Lucía Murillo Villalobos expressed her excitement and gratitude to all attendees and participants.
For her part, Alicia Godínez Martínez, a breast cancer survivor, shared: “At Mujeres Que Viven, they make us feel at home; they complete that missing piece in us.”
Joaquín Rodríguez Montoya, Director of Corredores del Desierto, spoke about the origins of Racing For Boobs and provided details about the race.
The contingency event is scheduled for Friday, March 21, at Ciudad Deportiva, starting at 6 p.m. It will be a free event open to the public, where attendees will have the opportunity to meet the drivers, see the vehicles, and enjoy a great family-friendly gathering.
Finally, driver Rosa Urías invited the community to attend the race. “It’s such a beautiful energy to see people dressed in pink. You can feel the energy. When women unite, we do amazing things. See you in the dust.”
The starting flag for the race will be given on Saturday, March 22, at Laguna Salada, beginning at 6 a.m.
As long as there are generous hearts, there will be hope.
