OBSERBC considers transparency, access to information, and accountability as civic tools that strengthen participatory democracy in Mexico and particularly in the state.
Continuing its mission to inform citizens about the use of public resources, OBSERBC conducted an analysis of the State Education System covering the years 2016 to September 2024, due to its significant role in state public expenditure.
