Naval Air Facility El Centro (NAF El Centro) has announced the return of its official poster contest for the highly anticipated 2025 Air Show, set for March 15, 2025. Open to individuals 18 years or older worldwide, the contest invites artists to create an original design that could become the event’s official poster.
“We had such great participation last time, and I can’t wait to see the creativity of our fans again,” said Kristopher Haugh, Public Affairs Officer for NAF El Centro. “This contest is a fantastic way for artists to showcase their talent and promote the excitement of the air show.”
The poster contest is open to all participants aged 18 and older, with submissions due by midnight PST on December 11, 2024. Entrants must email their original artwork along with completed entry and release forms to NAFECPAO@gmail.com; incomplete entries will be disqualified. The winning design will be unveiled during the Blue Angels Media Day on January 6, 2025, and shared on the base’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/nafec. Located in Imperial Valley, NAF El Centro serves as a critical training facility for the U.S. Navy, hosting the Blue Angels’ winter training and supporting aviation activities.
