MEXICALI MAYOR INVITES THE COMMUNITY TO TAKE DISCOUNTS ON PROPERTY TAX

  • Municipal Government offers more than 307 places to pay property taxes.
  • Families that pay in January will get a 15% discount on the property.

Mexicali B.C.-Just as he did it in January last year, the Mayor once again went to the City of Mexicali’s Revenue Collection Funds to pay his property tax, the City Mayor of Mexicali Gustavo Sánchez Vásquez, invited citizens to take advantage of the 15% discount on this contribution during the month of January.

Mayor Gustavo Sánchez Vásquez thanked Mexicali citizens who had already paid for this contribution, which is of great help for the Municipal Government in order to continue providing street lighting services, garbage collection, security, paving, patching, among others, which are fundamental for the proper functioning of this city.

He invited citizens who have not paid their last year’s property tax to approach the Revenue Collection and make an arrangement that allows them to fulfill this responsibility.

Sánchez Vásquez said that thanks to the contributions of thousands of Mexicali people the Municipal Government, undertook an important program of paving, rehabilitation and road bumping.

The Mexicali Mayor stressed that more and more citizens have opted to make their payment online through the website www.mexicali.gob/predial, through a very simple and fast process.

He mentioned that, in order to provide more payment options, more than 307 places are offered where property tax payments can be made, among them are Oxxo self-service stores, banking institutions, Calimax, Municipal Medical Services, Mobile Trade offices, Ley Stores, municipal police stations, municipal fire stations, and municipal delegations.
