Mexicali.- For the third time, Iván Déniz returns as coach of Soles for the National Professional Basketball League (LNBP) 2017-18 season and, and claims to make them win the title once again as in 2014.
A few days ago at a press conference Mario Flores Montaño, general manager of Soles Mexicali, officially recruited Déniz, after almost a year in which he left to lead the Venezuelan team Guaros de Lara for the 2016 Professional League Of Basketball season (LPB).
“The club is consolidated as one of the best in the country, not only in sports, so we tried to create a competitive and committed project for the Mexicali community to have fun in the auditorium and of course give them a champion team. The Spanish enthusiastically expressed.
In reference to the next changes in the team’s roster he said that he doesn’t know with which elements to stay, so he will first dedicate himself to observe what it they need as a league to grow.
” Mexicali is like being at home, it was a surprise and a joy to be back, I think it will be a great challenge with the entry of new teams, so it will be the League’s most competitive year.” He added.
The LNBP season will begin on October 20 and 22, where Soles visits the Libertadores de Querétaro and their presentation at home will be until October 26 to receive Garzas de Plata.
