IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STEM MODEL IN TEACHERS 2020

Over the course of this year, we have managed to implement the STEM model in teachers in order to adapt new knowledge related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics to reinforce digital tools that will boost the motivation of more children and young people to build a better future.

We have impacted and trained more than 360 teachers of different levels and educational profiles who develop strategic capacities for the application of active methodologies, comprehensive projects, psychoeducation and technologies in the design of STEM learning experiences (Acronym in English for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

In this period of eight months we managed to expand in different states and cities such as Mexico City, San Luis Potosí, Puebla, Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Toluca, Cd. Juárez, Almoloya de Juárez, Pabellón de Arteaga, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Tepezalá, San Miguel Tecamachalco, Mexicali, Ensenada, Tijuana.

We have managed to implement the Integration of the STEM Model in Basic education with different pieces of training such as Maker Implementation in the Classroom II + Lab Disc, We Make Training for STEM classrooms, Digital tools for teachers, Development of distance STEM teaching material.

We will continue with our work to continue implementing this learning model related to technology and sustainability until we have an impact on all teachers throughout Mexico.
