Imperial Irrigation District’s Customer Connect mobile app Offers paperless convenience for green-minded customers who apply for Energy Rewards rebates. The free online application makes applying and tracking rebates for energy-efficient measures easy.
“As customers become savvier about the practical and environmental benefits of energy efficiency, they embrace opportunities to reduce the use of resources of any sort,” said Marilyn Gilbert, IID Energy Department manager. “The recent expansion of IID Connect to include the online rebate process is great for environmentally conscious consumers and those who prefer the convenience of paper-free offers.”
The IID Connect website and the IID Connect app enable customers to submit and track electronic rebate requests for qualifying Energy Rewards energy efficiency measures, such as air conditioners, appliances, attic insulation, etc. IID Connect also allows customers to access personalized information about their electrical accounts, make a payment, report an outage, request services, and other features.
