The IID Connect website and the IID Connect app enable customers to submit and track electronic rebate requests for qualifying Energy Rewards energy efficiency measures, such as air conditioners, appliances, attic insulation, etc. IID Connect also allows customers to access personalized information about their electrical accounts, make a payment, report an outage, request services, and other features.
To access IID Connect, customers may visit https://myaccount.iid.com/portal/ or download the IID Connect app at the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
