MEXICALI, BC. – The State Electoral Institute of Baja California (IEEBC), through the Commission of Electoral Processes, reiterates the invitation to the Mexican citizens to be part of the Ordinary Local Electoral Process 2018-2019 as electoral observer.

The Electoral Councilor, Graciela Amezola Canseco, president of the Commission, recalled that it was last September 9 when the General Council of the IEEBC, launched the public announcement for those who wish to observe closely the development of the elections to be held on June 2 of 2019.

The Counselor explained that the Electoral Observers are all those Mexican citizens, empowered by law to observe the acts of preparation and development of the Electoral Process, as well as the acts on electoral day.
