In order to offer solutions to problems focused on the improvement of process and development of the potential of human capital, CETYS Universidad, through the linkage with the Industry, celebrated the graduation ceremony of the first generation of the Masters in Engineering & Innovation with a certificate in Radiofrequency.
This accomplishment was the result of a joint effort between CETYS Universidad through the Centro de Innovación y Diseño (CEID), the University of California in San Diego (UCSD) and Skyworks Solutions, indicated Dr. Jorge Sosa, director of Colegio de Ingeniería del Sistema CETYS.
“CETYS and companies go hand in hand, we listen to their necessities in order to form human capital able to impact and innovate in the area that is required, in this case, thanks to the union with Skyworks, engineers were specialized in systems of radiofrequency” mentioned Sosa.
Likewise, Lic. Antonio Adán Campos, Senior Manager, Talent Management at Skyworks Solutions Inc., mentioned that for the company “this is an investment in the knowledge to improve the products which our customers offer, but it is also to believe in the talent who make it possible so that things are made better each time”, he expressed.
On the other hand, Alfonso Moreno, MII alumni in RF mentioned that the tendency of the Internet of the things is moving towards the path of automating, even more, each time the processes and the clue parts to reach this is the management of radio frequencies.
“Thanks to Skyworks for this collaborative work and worrying for the growth of their employees, finding in CETYS and UCSD a great bond to have a better development and become specialists in the area” affirmed Moreno.
The MII in Radiofrequency was designed due to the necessity of relying on specialized professionals in Radiofrequency systems at a higher level, with the knowledge and abilities for the design and its integration as well.
The structure of the work course goes in hand with the multidisciplinary group integrated by executives from Skyworks in Mexicali, Professors, and Directors of CETYS, and members of the distinguished UC San Diego team.
