The summer is here but that doesn’t mean learning will stop.
Students can now access a variety of programs from their computer, tablet, or phone and enjoy great summer programs offered by El Garage Hub.
Andres Ruelas from 16 de Septiembre School in Mexicali announced that El Garage Hub will begin a summer program where children can learn about science, technology, and math.
“This is a great opportunity for students from Mexico and all over Latin America to take our courses and participate in summer programs from the comfort of their homes,” Ruelas said.
There are different sets of packages offered in this program in which the students can choose depending on their interests. Students from the United States will also be able to participate in an English course.
Students will also be able to use their creativity and learn about teamwork and community involvement. In addition, students will learn about communication and develop critical thinking skills.
To make this experience more exciting, they will have speakers from Facebook, Google, and Instagram that will give lectures.
In regards to the reopening of the school after the pandemic, Ruelas said they are looking at the State of Baja California guidelines to see how they can reopen but are looking at the possibility of having next semester be a hybrid of online and in-person classes depending on how the situation of COVID-19 continues.
