CREATIVE INDUSTRIES IN THE 4FRONTED BINATIONAL MEGAREGION

The 4FrontED Board of Directors extends a cordial invitation to the general public to the virtual panel Creative Industries in the 4FrontED Binational Megaregion – Vol. II, which will take place on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. (Arizona time), via Zoom.

The program focuses on creative industries, which include technology, innovation, sports, art, and culture, among others, as triggers for economic and tourism development.

 The group of distinguished panelists is described below:

  Matt Molenar, President of MGM Design

  Ramón León, photojournalist, and Community Manager

  Marcus Carney, Executive Director of Visit Yuma

  Rodrigo Martínez, entrepreneur, communicator, and independent musician

The event will be moderated by Marlene Lara, Director of Economic Development for the Mayor’s Office of Somerton, Arizona, and leader of the 4FrontED Tourism Committee.

“In this second panel on creative industries, we will learn how the internet and technology have facilitated the promotion work of MSMEs, the role of photography as a positioning tool, the value chain of the music industry, as well as the attraction of tourists through agricultural activities in our region,” said Nazzer Méndez, executive director of 4FrontED.
