The closure of a successful year for Beyond Borders Gazette had to be celebrated in its annual Christmas dinner-toast as we did it last year and since we started with our monthly publication, almost 4 years ago.

As it has become a tradition, part of the team gathered to celebrate the holidays and toast for a successful new year as co-workers become friends and enjoy a good time.

It was a year of hard work for the Beyond Borders team who not only worked on the growth of the publication but also planted the seeds for expansion in 2020.

BB Publishing Inc. will continue with Beyond Borders Gazette and its growth. Some of the expansion plans for next year are the celebration of the very first binational business summit “Horizontes Sin Fronteras” (Horizons without borders), in which we’ll be able to come closer to our readers, position our brand and create business opportunities for our binational business community; the launching of our second publication “Elite Tourism Magazine” which targets a different market than the Beyond Borders Gazette,  nationally distributed bi-monthly edition with a 100,000 print copies per edition and digital version available for purchase online at www.elitetourismmagazine.com.

Also in 2020, we’ll be launching our English only podcast in Imperial Valley, and, after the first quarter of the year, a coffee and book store called BB Coffee, Arts & Books, the only book store in Imperial County.

There are many things to celebrate this ending of a good year and many plans to focus on in the near future.

On this occasion, only part of our team was present, since some live far away or were out of town.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner with a toast where everyone could share their thoughts and experience being part of the team, as well as their own goals for 2020.

Lastly, we shall say that we are so happy to count on a team of professional people that is expanding and goes from our editorial art designers, web page developers, video producers, photographers, journalists, writers, contributors, sales team, hostesses to PR people. All and each one of them is contributing to the growth and expansion of our brand and services with which we seek to make a difference in our binational community.

From our team at Beyond Borders Gazette, we wish you very Happy Holidays!
