The Grupo Madrugadores de Mexicali re-elected Lic. Alfredo Vega Valencia as coordinator for the upcoming term, recognizing his outstanding leadership during the previous year.
The decision was made at an event held in the executive hall of the Casino de Mexicali, where the selection process took place, with José Luis Salomon Tiznado as a contender for the position.
Upon his re-appointment as Coordinator, Vega Valencia highlighted the importance of maintaining unity and strengthening this space as a benchmark for civic expression.
“Civic participation and the development of leaders in our community are essential to ensure better governance and a safer, orderly, and prosperous environment,” he emphasized.
Among his achievements, he emphasized the creation of new work commissions to coordinate with groups across the country, the signing of agreements with various organizations, and strengthening ties with entities on both sides of the border.
He also stressed the significance of increasing the participation of women and youth while maintaining neutrality and fairness among participants, regardless of their trends or ideologies.
With a solid track record in the business sector, Vega has held prominent roles at Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, including positions in Corporate Affairs, Commercial Development, Social Responsibility, and Marketing.
Furthermore, he has experience as the Director of Communication and Public Strategy at Coparmex Nacional, currently working at a communication and investment agency. His re-election aims to continue strengthening civic engagement and community collaboration in Mexicali and the region.
