ALFREDO PACHECO WAS REMEMBERED WITH LOVE

TIJUANA / MEXICALI, Baja California – Journalist Alfredo Pacheco Reyes has been fondly remembered by several members of the guild.

In Tijuana, during the presentation of the calendar of events and activities for INDE 2018 at the High Performance Center, we remembered that who was a presenter and reporter of sports for Channel 66 in Mexicali giving coverage to different activities at local, state and national news.

In the same way at the city of Mexicali, different colleagues remembered him and paid tribute in a special way in the Press room of the “B’Air” Stadium, home of the Mexicali Eagles, the Mexican Pacific League, as on the giant diamond screen.

Also at the San Judas Tadeo Church, near Avenida Montejano, in Mexicali, a Mass was celebrated in his honor and during Sunday morning at Channel  66, there was another eucharistic service celebrated in memory of Alfredo, who died last Tuesday, January 9 in Mexico City at 52 years.

“We remember him in a special way and for this reason we had this ceremony to remember him and give him a special minute”, said Juan Manuel Martínez, Editor in Chief of the sporting chronicle in Tijuana. During one of the meetings held at the CAR, present were the Presidents of the Mexican Federation of Sports Writers (FEMECRODE), Alberto Rico Santacruz, and the Círculo de Cronistas Deportivos de Tijuana (CCDT), Alberto Rico.
