Aguilas Say Goodbye to The Season

-Editorial

The Charros de Jalisco eliminated the Águilas de Mexicali by winning the fifth game 4-0, thus securing their victory in the playoff round at El Nido de Los Águilas, part of the Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico presented by Caliente.mx.

The Jalisco team struck early against David Reyes’ pitching, scoring three runs in the first inning, and added one more in the third inning to win 4-0.

Ronald Medrano (W, 1-1) earned the win, pitching seven complete innings, allowing only one hit. On the other hand, David Reyes (L, 1-1) took the loss after pitching seven innings, allowing eight hits and four runs (three earned).

With this result, the Águilas say goodbye to the 2024-2025 LaMP season. In baseball, as in life, we don’t always win, but the important thing is that we keep moving forward.

Soon, El Nido de Los Águilas will host the biggest baseball celebration in Latin America, the 2025 Caribbean Series in Mexicali, from January 31 to February 7. The heart of Mexicali will beat again with thousands of Cachanillas making noise together in the baseball game.
