Foro Eleva 2019 was a success as it attracted several visitors to a two-day event that had an interesting line-up of speakers and business expo.
On Thursday, October 24, Coparmex inaugurated Foro Evela at Centro Estatal De Las Artes in Mexicali. The mission behind starting this expo is to promote Mexicali and provide a venue for the community to come together and know each other and learn new things to help elevate Mexicali. There were also workshops to help new businesses get strategies to grow and stay open.
Among the speakers that attended the event was Jose Antonio Meade, Denis Dresser, Jorge” El Travieso” Arce, Viridiana Rios, and Carmen Aristegui.
Jose Antonio Meade spoke about the challenges of the Mexican economy and how it has been able to maintain stability through difficult challenges in the world. He said Mexico’s economy has remained strong while the U.S. economy’s economic strength benefits the world.
Foro Eleva Mexicali was born as a project to promote and position Mexicali as a young but dynamic city, where they seek to inspire people to look for ways on how to achieve their goals, working with a vision and love for the city.
It was estimated that there was an average attendance of ten thousand visitors, between conference attendees and visitors to the expo area, there were 100 booths with exhibitors of diverse companies.
